Bob Dorf, Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School, and his partner Steve Blank, are among the most knowledgeable Customer  experts. Along with Steve, Bob published the bestselling book, The Startup Owner's Manual: The Step-by-Step Guide for Building a Great Company,  builds on Blank's groundbreaking The Four Steps to the Epiphany. Both books have been responsible for helping countless entrepreneurs refine their models and launch successful ventures, becoming must-reads for anyone involved in startups.
