Posted by This event was rescheduled to May 12 due to last Saturday's emergency at PepsiCo Headquarters, which closed its Purchase, NY campus for the weekend. Unfortunately, we did not learn about it until after 1 p.m. Our Alum tour guide, Henry Hu, has kindly offered to arrive at least one hour earlier on May 12 to check on the campus status. We will confirm the status by 12:30 pm through an email to all registrants.
Attend to enjoy the spring flowers in the beautiful gardens and tour the collection of 45 pieces of outdoor sculpture at the PepsiCo global headquarters in Purchase, NY. The sculpture collection exists in harmony on approximately 168 acres of carefully tended gardens. The gardens themselves were, in turn, designed with regard to the sculpture in the collection, to help create an atmosphere of "stability, creativity and experimentation that would reflect the vision of the company"
Meet Henry Hu (picture below) at 1:30pm at the Sculpture Garden next to the Big Bear statue, in front of the lake! Admission is free! Note: Henry kindly plans to arrive at least an hour earlier to ensure the facility is open and if closed we will warn all registrants through an email by 12:30 p.m. Thanks, Henry, for your thoughtfulness.
