Sharon Small, a Columbia University Alumna, Teachers College, M.A. in Organizational Psychology, is a Career and Executive Coach and a former Human Resources leader, who facilitates interactive workshops on a variety of topics that help professionals excel in their careers.

In her workshop on Building Your Personal Brand, you will use the attributes you identified in the pre-workshop activities to confidently convey your strong attributes, gain an awareness of how they are perceived and consider areas you can develop as you take your professional brand to the next level.

According to Sharon:

"Personal branding is identifying and conveying your knowledge, skills, abilities, and strengths.  Moreover, it’s the ability to articulate your value proposition via your relevant accomplishments and share them with others. Whether you are just getting started in your career or business, are at the mid-level and have acquired new responsibilities or are a senior professional, it is important to have a brand for your career and business success. With a strong personal brand, you will become more self-aware, build confidence and develop a reputation of being reliable and trustworthy in your relationships."
