Dr. Ben Nneji, President
Dr. Ben Nneji joined the Board to give back and help build Columbia Team spirit. He has helped organize or participated in several Columbia University (CU) club initiatives such as Food Drives, CU seminars, Annual Polo Club Events, teaching effective parenting skills, and Book Awards. Ben’s past community-building efforts include working with Habitat for Humanity to repair houses in Breezy Point, Queens, which was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, and mid-night food runs to New York City to feed the homeless, among others. Ben is serving a second four-year term as Commissioner of Planning and Zoning in his town of Ridgefield, Connecticut.
Ben is the founder and president of SigmaWorks Group, a process management, leadership development, and management consulting company. Ben implements data-driven solutions to increase growth and productivity in service industries and has led line and corporate teams within the advertising, financial services, telecommunications, and retail industries.
Ben holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University.
Charlie Tricomi, VP - Young Alumni Programs; Book Awards
Born and raised in Fairfield County, Charlie has always been passionate about the markets and helping people in the community. As a certified financial planner working at Greenwich Wealth Management, Charlie enjoys leaning into his entrepreneurial, real estate, and investment experience to help clients on both sides of the balance sheet. Charlie has his MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Business & Management from Dickinson College.
Charlie serves on the board and actively volunteers with Part of the Solution ("POTS"), the Secretary of CALL-A-RIDE, the Budget & Finance committee for Greenwich EMS (“GEMS”) and Greenwich Tree Conservancy, chair of the Strategic Planning committee for Pathways, Skipper of the Greenwich Sea Scouts, chair of Members Committee for Indian Harbor Yacht Club, Secretary of the Greenwich Horseneck Club, chair of the Nonprofit Committee for the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of NY/CT, Arena Manager for the annual squash J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions at Grand Central Terminal, member of the Dickinson College Admissions Volunteer Network and Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing committee.
Dr. Bridget Patterson-Marshall, VP - Events
Dr. Bridget Patterson-Marshall graduated from the Columbia College of Physicians in 1992 and subsequently trained as a neurologist she now practices. She spent her early years in Guyana, South America, where she attended the Bishops’ High School for girls. Bridget emigrated from Guyana in 1979 and settled in the Brooklyn, NY area.
Bridget initially enrolled in the Columbia University, School of General studies as a part time student, while she worked full time to pay her tuition. She transferred to the School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1983 as a full time student, graduating in May 1985 as a chemical engineer. Bridget left her project engineer position at Occidental Chemical Co. to pursue her true calling – to become a medical doctor.
Bridget strongly feels a sense of dedication and duty to Columbia University and the Columbia community. She feels honored by her election to the CUCFC Board.
Lisa Hamm Kammert, VP - Membership; Events
Lisa Hamm Kammert is an alumna of Columbia Business School, where she majored in Marketing and Finance, and Wellesley College, where she majored in psychology and biology. She joined the Columbia University Club of Fairfield County (CUCFC) board in January of 2025 after her involvement over the past decade in club activities ranging from the annual food drive for Operation Hope food pantry, the book club, schooner cruises, and (most recently) event planning for the club.
Lisa’s board role focuses on leading membership development where she is passionate about connecting local alumni in activities that spark new professional and personal connections through philanthropic, social, and learning events supported by Columbia University. Lisa’s career over the past 25+ years spanned technology, finance, and higher education, where her roles focused on marketing, corporate client management and new business development.
After graduating from Wellesley, she worked at IBM in NYC, in computer sales to the finance industry. After Columbia, she worked at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse in sales & trading and investment banking respectively, in new business development roles. Most recently, Lisa worked at the Yale School of Management in executive education, where she was responsible for launching and leading corporate education programs focused on leadership, corporate governance, marketing, and finance skills development for senior corporate executives. She grew up in Westport, CT, where she raised two children after living for a decade in NYC. Lisa enjoys sailing, rowing, gardening, traveling, and reading.
Alex Moncure, Treasurer
Alex Moncure is a graduate of Columbia’s Business School and spent much of his career in marketing/sales planning, strategy and analytics at Pfizer, with consulting bookending his 20+ years at Pfizer. A native of Richmond, Va., he received a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
Alex is involved with a local cycling club as director of its annual cycling event for 2,200 riders and particularly enjoys cycling with many club friends. He’s pleased to be a part of the Columbia Fairfield club as Treasurer and looks forward to helping continue its growth in membership and alumni participation.
Xenia Razinski , VP - Media and Technology
Xenia graduated from Columbia Business School's Global Executive MBA program in 2015. During the MBA program, she was class representative, and participated in various Columbia Business Schools clubs and organizations. Shortly after graduation, she looked for ways to connect with the local alumni community in Fairfield County and ultimately began to volunteer for Columbia Alumni Association of Fairfield County Club by enhancing the club’s social media presence and helping to promote local events and attracting new members to join the club.
Xenia is a Strategic Advisor and Investment Management professional, experienced in international project finance, infrastructure development in emerging markets, business & project management and leadership strategies. Much of her 20+ year career has been with her family’s business, Invar International. In recent years, Xenia began to focus more on her own advisory business IPCH International independently advising entrepreneurs and businesses on strategic value-creation, business management & operations and leadership motivational guidance and also enjoys teaching supplemental material to college business students. Xenia enjoys running and hiking outdoors, creative writing and taking advantage of business travel to explore new places.
Henry Hu, VP - Events; Speakers

Henry Hu joined the Board to lead educational and community events and give back to the Columbia alumni community. As co-founder and COO of Anytime AI, Henry brings extensive experience in driving technological transformation, applying AI responsibly to accelerate justice in the society.
Previously at IBM, Henry served as CFO for Strategic Imperatives in IBM Systems, where he led teams that achieved 3X revenue growth. He also spearheaded the launch of innovation centers in Rhode Island and New York City. He was the VP of Strategy and Transformation at 1010data before its strategic exit to SymphonyAI. Henry's commitment to sustainability is reflected in his work as a volunteer CFO for Yummet, a climate-tech startup.
Henry holds an EMBA from Columbia University, complemented by a master's in engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's in engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is the president emeritus of the Ascend Leadership organization in Connecticut & Westchester, NY.
Tom Leder, Vice President, Community Service/Outreach Programs
After Columbia College graduation in 1989, Tom Leder started as a clerk on the New York Mercantile Exchange for Chicago Research & Trading Company. Tom, then transitioned to their Treasury bond desk where for four years, he traded zero coupon bonds for both UBS Securities and Barclays both in NYC and in London for a six-month period.
During the latter part of Tom’s professional life, he has worked as a financial advisor, most recently as a representative for MassMutual Financial Group.
For the last three years, Tom has served on the CUCFC Board, working closely with the other VP for community service to teach at St. Joseph’s Parenting Center, which provides parenting education and support for at-risk families throughout Fairfield County. Along with the ongoing work at the parenting center, Tom has donated his time to the club’s annual food drive, which benefits the local food pantry.
Steve Saunders, VP - Local Social Activities
After graduating from Columbia College in 1984 Steve earned his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1988. He served as class president and is an active alum at Penn Med as well. He then completed his internship in residency in primary care internal medicine at NYU/Bellevue Hospital Center. Presently, Steve maintains a solo practice in primary care internal medicine in Milford, Connecticut where he actively teaches medical students at both Yale and Quinnipiac and maintains faculty appointments at both. He loves to teach clinical medicine and is very involved in academic medicine at both medical schools as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Yale and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine of Quinnipiac where he also earned an MBA in Healthcare Management. He has also served as President of the New Haven County Medical Association and presently serves as the President of the New Haven County Medical Association Foundation.
When not seeing patients and teaching medical and nursing students, Steve is a student history and archeology and an amateur metal detectorist in pursuit of ancient treasure and history traveling to England to pursue his hobby. Steve is also particularly interested in collecting maps, documents and coins with particular interest in American colonial history.
He is happily married to Michelle, a school psychologist and the father of 2 sons, Brian an industrial engineer who is now pursuing his MBA at University of Chicago and Andrew a chemical engineer who serves as process engineer at Unilever for Hellman’s Mayonnaise and Knorr’s products.
Steve is delighted to take on a more involved role in Columbia’s Fairfield County Alumni Association hoping to connect with many more Columbia Alumni in the greater Fairfield community.
