For years, CUCFC has contributed to Fairfield community in line with Columbia University’s commitment to making a difference in communities world-wide through its alumni groups.

To volunteer for the Food Drive event, on the right screen, please input how many other people you are bringing (children are welcome and must be 13 years or older), then click on your choice of 2-hour shift(s), then click "SEND RSVP" to register. The Food Drive event will run for four hours, from 10 am to 2 pm in two-hour shifts (10 - 12, and 12 - 2 pm).
You can serve for the 4 hours (10 - 2) if you wish, or choose the 2-hour segment you prefer.

In 2025, we executed much-valued and successful giving-back drives with Operation Hope in Fairfield Town, New Covenant Food Pantry in Stamford, and Pacific House in Norwalk. Our next and final community service event this year is a food drive in Danbury to support DOROTHY DAY HOSPITALITY HOUSE, a food bank that served 52,000 meals last year -- over 140 each day!!
